Project Completion: 2012
A new combined meeting and laundry facility was provided for the residences at Corry Village on the campus of the University of Florida. The new building boasts a large gathering room that will accomodate up to 213 people. The building has over 8,800 sq. ft. of space that also houses a maintenance shop and offices for DHRE. This project achieved LEED Gold certification.
