Dick Mondell's Jacksonville Beach
Restaurant
Dick Mondell’s is a new construction project located in Jacksonville Beach, just a few blocks from public beach access. It is a fast food restaurant that is 1,200 square feet. Services included conceptual design, construction documentation and permitting, and construction administration. The design includes the kitchen, restrooms, and outdoor seating. The exterior layout organizes both pedestrian movement into the seating area and vehicles in the drive-thru lane.

Library West Colonnade
Higher Education
Conceptual design for a new Colonnade along the southern edge of Library West at the University of Florida. The initial study and conceptual design was completed on 8/31/14. A revision to the design concept was conducted in July 2016.
